How do I place an order over the website?
Ordering over our website is easy and totally secure. Please select the item that you would like to purchase, simply add the item to the shopping cart, and then hit the checkout button, which will direct you to a secure checkout page where you can input all of the information required.
I would like to come and visit?
Please contact us via email – firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm 01622 910028 to arrange a suitable time & tell us what you would like to come and see, we don’t stock every single item on our website, so we can make sure we have the stock for your visit.
What’s the latest time you dispatch till?
We will dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 2pm. If you order after this time it is still possible for some orders to be dispatched up until 5pm. If you need your order urgently, place the order online and call our sales team on 01622 910028 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) so they can try and dispatch your order as soon as possible.
I need my order today? How can I do this?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day courier, however we can provide a Pre 10:30am Delivery (Mon-Fri) or a Saturday Delivery. These options can be selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday and are shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm. Most orders are shipped with a Courier which could be DPD, UK Mail, Royal Mail, UPS to name a few, You should receive an email with the tracking number on, if you don’t then please contact us for the tracking number!
Do you accept Card Payments & PayPal?
Yes we do, we accept all Card Payments with a secure and trusted payment provider WorldPay, and you can also checkout via PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course, If your order has not been dispatched / processed then we will be able to cancel your order and refund you straight away. If your order has been processed through our system, then we are unable to cancel any order.
I have a problem with my product, What do I do?
If your item is within the warranty period – All items come standard with 1 Years Warranty unless otherwise stated, then please contact us so we can assist you in the best possible way.
My Item has arrived damaged/faulty, what do I do?
Please contact us on 01622 910028 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) Where we will be able to arrange an Exchange or a refund, an RMA Number will be provided which will need to be attached to the parcel.,
I would like to return my order, how do I do this?
Please contact our sales team on 01622 910028 (Mon-Fri-9am-5pm or email us at email@example.com where one of our sales team will be able to to assist you in exchanging your order or returning your order for a full refund. We will always try and assist you in the best possible way!
